Masala Idli Recipe Ingredients

Green chillis-2
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Cumin seed-1 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Coriander leaves for garnish
Garam masala-pinch

Masala Idli Recipe Procedure

  1. Cut the idlis in to small cubes. Chop the tomato, green chillies and onions. Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic and turmeric powder in it. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add the idlis, garam masala and lemon juice. Mix it well and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
