Rice noodles Recipe

Rice noodles Recipe Ingredients

Rice flour: 1 cup
Hot water: cup
Ghee: 4 to 6 spoons
Salt for taste
Grated coconut: 2 to 3 spoons

Rice noodles Recipe Procedure

  1. Mix rice flour with hot water and mix them well.
  2. Instantly add ghee and salt and mix evenly.
  3. Knead the mixture into a smooth paste.
  4. Fill the sieve or Cookie press like Sawa or Cookie guns with the mixture and press it directly on to an idli steamer.
  5. Keep it on the steam for 510 minutes only.
  6. For taste you can add grated coconut on top before steaming for better taste.
  7. The same item can also be made using wheat flour and without added ghee.
