Rice noodles Recipe Ingredients
Rice flour: 1 cup
Hot water: ½ cup
Ghee: 4 to 6 spoons
Salt for taste
Grated coconut: 2 to 3 spoons
Rice noodles Recipe Procedure
- Mix rice flour with hot water and mix them well.
- Instantly add ghee and salt and mix evenly.
- Knead the mixture into a smooth paste.
- Fill the sieve or Cookie press like Sawa or Cookie guns with the mixture and press it directly on to an idli steamer.
- Keep it on the steam for 5–10 minutes only.
- For taste you can add grated coconut on top before steaming for better taste.
- The same item can also be made using wheat flour and without added ghee.
