Nagori Recipe Ingredients
1 cup sooji
1/2 white flour (maida)
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajwain
Nagori Recipe Procedure
- Mix the sooji, flour, salt and ajwain together. Mix ghee till the mixture clings together. Add a little water to make a stiff dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and with a glass cut small round pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry till they turn pale brown and puffed.
- Serve hot.
