Haryali Paneer Recipe Ingredients
1/2 kg paneer
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup coriander leaves-chopped
3 green chillies-chopped
2 tsp ginger-chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon-powdered
1 tbsp rock salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
Haryali Paneer Recipe Procedure
- For the green masala, grind the ingredients together.
- Cut the paneer into desired sized pieces and marinate in the masala.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and just before serving, pan fry the paneer on both sides over high heat, till light brown and serve.
