Haryali Paneer Recipe Ingredients

 1/2 kg paneer
2 tbsp oil
Green Masala
3/4 cup coriander leaves-chopped
3 green chillies-chopped
2 tsp ginger-chopped
6 peppercorns
6 cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon-powdered
1 tbsp rock salt
2 tbsp lemon juice

Haryali Paneer Recipe Procedure

  1.  For the green masala, grind the ingredients together.
  2. Cut the paneer into desired sized pieces and marinate in the masala.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and just before serving, pan fry the paneer on both sides over high heat, till light brown and serve.
