Paapri Chaat Recipe Ingredients

 24 paapri
1 cup potatoes-boiled, diced
1/4 cup kachaloo-boiled, peeled, chopped fine
1 cup yoghurt-beaten, thinned
1/2 cup sonth chutney
chaat masala
chilli powder
ginger+coriander leaves to garnish

Paapri Chaat Recipe Procedure

  1.  Dip the paapries in the yoghurt, arrange on a plate and spread potatoes over it.
  2. Pour sonth in a thin layer, then sprinkle the kachaloo.
  3. Sprinkle the chaat masala and chilli powder. Garnish with ginger and coriander and serve.
