Dhania ki Panjeeri Recipe Ingredients
3 cups coriander seeds
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup boora
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Dhania ki Panjeeri Recipe Procedure
- Grind all the coriander and pass through a fine sieve.
- Heat the ghee, add coriander and saut?ill slightly darkened and sort of clumps together when pressed. Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
- When the coriander is cooled, mix-in the boora thoroughly and then add the sunflower seeds, almonds and coconut.
