Mawa Cake Recipe Ingredients
Oven Temp: 180 C-360 F
1 cup maida
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup butter
200 gm khoya (mawa)
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/3 tsp baking powder
Muffin moulds-greased and floured
Mawa Cake Recipe Procedure
- Place maida, sugar, butter, khoya, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl and beat well with a beater, till smooth.
- Add the eggs and beat again it should be of a dropping consistency. If not, add a little milk and beat again.
- Pour into muffin moulds and bake in a pre-heated oven 20-25 minutes (a skewer or knife put in should come out clean).
